Marcel Schwittlick’s solo exhibition “Composition no. 94 (Vertical Line Test)” opens at Galerie Met, Berlin, presenting a new body of generative plotter drawings inspired by one of digital art’s most celebrated pioneers. A respectful nod to Vera Molnar’s iconic geometries, Schwittlick’s polylines “radiate with visceral colours and the most insinuating pen lines of any modern generative artist,” writes curator Mimi Nguyen, rooting his oevre in a deep reverence for Molnar’s legacy.
